• Job & property information: Property addresses, unit details, work order descriptions, scope of work, status updates, notes, materials, costs, and related records.
• Communications: Messages, notes, and updates exchanged inside work orders.
• Photos & files: Images and documents you upload related to jobs.
• Usage data: Basic technical information such as device type, browser, and how you interact with the Platform (for performance and security).
• Aggregate public page counts: The public marketing pages record a simple page-hit count by page and day. This counter does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate and improve the Platform.
• Create and manage work orders, communication, and paperwork.
• Allow authorized users (Tom, subcontractors, and clients) to view and update relevant job information.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain security and prevent misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How Information Is Stored

In the current demo version, data is stored locally on your device (localStorage).

When the live Platform is activated, data will be stored securely with our service providers, including Cloudflare, with appropriate access controls.

We retain job and communication records for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only:

• With users you authorize on a specific work order, such as the assigned subcontractor or property manager.
• With service providers who help us operate the Platform under strict confidentiality.
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a sale or merger, with notice where required.

5. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your role and applicable law, you may:

• Access and update information you have permission to edit.
• Request deletion of certain personal data, subject to legitimate business or legal retention needs.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.
